Congratulations to the swimmers who were selected from their Squads as Swimmer of the Month for August 2010.
The presentations took place at Hebburn Swimming Pool on Wednesday 1st September at 7.30pm.

The training schedule for this coming week, 6th-12th September has been revised. There is no morning training on Monday or Friday. Also due to Boldon Pool undergoing refurbishment, the pool is not available this week.

The gala page has been updated with the latest Accepted Entries list. Please check for any errors or omissions.
There are only 3 swims refunded as too fast [Durham and G&W].
As the meet is not yet full, entries will be accepted up until this Thursday evening (9th Sept) on a first come, first served basis - entries all ready received are definitely IN.

The details for the ASA NER Open & BAGCAT Championships (25m) 2010 to be held in November at Sunderland Aquatics Centre are now on the event page.
The pool at Sunderland will be split into two 25m pools, one hosting the BAGCAT Gala, the other the Open Gala.

It is now confirmed that iPhoto digital events, an event photography company, will be present during the gala.
Photographs will be available to purchase and take away during the gala.

I have printed a small booklet with contact prints of the photos taken at the Gateshead and Whickham “Farewell to Felling” Meet.
If you want to see them on a screen you'll need to catch me with my netbook. I'll bring my netbook along to any of the sessions at Hebburn during August.
