The training schedule for this coming week, 6th-12th September has been revised. There is no morning training on Monday or Friday. Also due to Boldon Pool undergoing refurbishment, the pool is not available this week.

The details for the ASA NER Open & BAGCAT Championships (25m) 2010 to be held in November at Sunderland Aquatics Centre are now on the event page.
The pool at Sunderland will be split into two 25m pools, one hosting the BAGCAT Gala, the other the Open Gala.

The details of two National Championships have been added to the event pages.
Good Luck to Faye Pinder who is competing in 100m and 200m Butterfly events at the British Gas ASA National Youth Championships starting 3rd August in Sheffield.
The British Gas ASA National Championships starting 18th August will see Nichole Lough and Josef Craig competing at Sunderland. Best of luck to both of them.

The 2010 Northumberland & Durham SA Autumn Graded Series takes place over three weekends and have been added to the events calendar.
Note there was an amendment to the conditions this year and entry to the 400/800/1500m Freestyle events is restricted to swimmers who are eligible to and who participate in a full range of events in the series.

On Tuesday 1st June, Chris Cook will be taking a coaching session at Boldon Pool from 5.30pm to 7.00pm. This training session is open to all members of A and B Squads. This is a closed session and no spectating will be possible.
After the pool session, Chris will give a presentation in the Gym between 7.00pm and 8.00pm. The presentation is open to all coaches and swimming staff within the club, all members of A and B Squads and their parents.
