The training schedule for this coming week, 6th-12th September has been revised. There is no morning training on Monday or Friday. Also due to Boldon Pool undergoing refurbishment, the pool is not available this week.

With immediate effect, the Wednesday training session has been moved to Boldon. The time of the session remains unchanged, i.e. 7.30pm - 9.00pm

From immediate effect Monday and Friday morning training will now finish at 7.15am.
Also a reminder that Wednesday training schedule returns to normal next week. B Squad & C Squad are back to Hebburn 7.30pm - 9.00pm, A Squad at Boldon 5.30pm - 7.30pm

A Squad and C Squad will swap training sessions on a Wednesday night. Training Sessions will revert to their usual locations on Wednesday 4th November.

Wednesday night training for A Squad and B Squad has been changed to 6.30pm to 8.00pm at Hebburn Pool effective immediately.

The Summer Swimming Programme is now available.
In summary, the first week (Monday 20th July - Sunday 26th) is training as normal.
The timetable then changes from Monday 27th July until 31st August.
