MEMBERSHIP FEES

South Tyneside swimming club membership is open to all children over the age of 5 years old.

To become a member of South Tyneside swimming club you must complete a membership form at Hebburn pool on

Wednesday evenings between 6.30pm – 7.30pm, or

Sunday afternoons between 1.30pm – 3.00pm

A medical record form and an ASA registration form should also be completed and submitted at the same time as the membership form.

Wednesday night is the main club night and it is also the night you will find most committee members present, who will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Membership of South Tyneside swimming club is paid for by an annual membership charge. The annual membership charge is due on joining the club and renewed thereafter in January each year.

All swimmers must be a member of South Tyneside swimming club and the Amateur Swimming Association. (ASA )

All coaches, teachers, officials and poolside helpers are also required to be members of South Tyneside swimming club and pay the appropriate fee to the ASA.

The ASA registration fee provides insurance cover for both members and the club and also allows the swimmers to compete in all types of galas.
