Squads
A Squad and C Squad will swap training sessions on a Wednesday night. Training Sessions will revert to their usual locations on Wednesday 4th November.
The temporary swap is to allow time trials for A and B Squad for 200m events.
- A Squad will train at Hebburn 7.15pm - 9.00pm
- C Squad will train at Boldon 5.30pm - 7.30pm
