Moira Hill from Newcastle Nutrition, Newcastle General Hospital has kindly agreed to give a 40-45min presentation on Nutrition at 7.00 pm on Tuesday 2nd February at Boldon School.
This will take place instead of A Squad's normal Land Training Session.
The presentation is for both A Squad members and their parents to attend with the presentation aimed at 10-14 year old competitive swimmers, swimming approximately 14 hrs per week.
